MASTER PLANNER

Responsibilities:
    Responsible for PT. Mattel Indonesia Master Production Schedule for 4 weeks and 26 weeks
    Handle Direct Import inquiries from Mattel Asia Pacific
    Coordinate on Direct Import requirements, schedule and rework/repack activities
    Coordinate with all parties to have a continuity production and achieve market availability in timely manner

Requirements:
    Male/Female
    Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, with min GPA 3.0 Covering Basic Manufacturing Principles, Inventory Management, and Capacity Planning Principles
    Working Experience: 0-2 years in production planning/ material planning
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both oral and written (English) to deal among departments, Business Planning, and other marketing affiliates
    Excellent skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office
    Able to work under pressure, proactive and team oriented
