Aftersales Subject Matter Expert Staff

Responsibilities:
    Conduct Industrial Engineering analysis on General Repair, Body Repair Workshop and Supply Chain Break Through
    Point out problems in the workshop operations and purpose productivity improvement ideas
    Supervise concrete Kaizen way (on-site) according to the action plans
    Support Aftersales program

Requirements:
    Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
    Has maximal 2 years experience in the same field (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
    Male, max. 27 years old.
    Computer literate and fluent in English is a must (both oral and written).
    Has an ability to drive a car and has driving license SIM A.
    Having knowledge in automotive is an advantage.
    Familiar with process flow.
    Having deep analysis thinking and excellence in communication skill is a must.
    Can work under pressure in order to achieve the target and due date.
    Willing to travel in short period.
