    Manage the bulk and packaging material consumption rate.
    Ensure team development in filling and packing organization.
    Ensure the implementation of project improvement.
    Involve on industrial feasibility acceptance trial for successful launch.

Requirements:
    Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Engineering or equivalent.
    Minimum 4 years working experience as Production Supervisor in manufacturing, preferably from fast moving consumer good factory.
    Strong command in English, both written and spoken.
    Having competency in achiving result, leadership, interact effectively, and manage complexity.
    Willing to work in Cikarang.
    Willing to work in shift.
