Secretary (Code: SEC-KAL)
Responsibilities:
Scheduling external and internal appointments and meetings, including venue arrangements;
Planning, developing and implementing filing system for Company so as to ensure simple access to required documents
Arranging and Coordinating Company visitors and personal guests
Create concept on external business correspondences and internal memos and announcements
Screening all incoming letters, papers and documents to device urgency, function, and needs
Taking care of travel arrangement for Management, both overseas and domestic trips
Translating contract agreements
Requirements:
Female
Candidate must holds at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Linguistics/Languages, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Having min. 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent command in English both spoken and written
Willing to be placed at Tanjung – Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan
