IT – Programmer Analyst

Responsibilities:
    To perform analysis in order to understand user requirement or problem and to propose solution.
    To develop program based on the technical specification
    To write running instruction for the completed program
    To develop and maintain IT system and application.

Requirements:
    Bachelor degree majoring in Information Systems/Computer Science, Information Technology, or Match and Sciences (MIPA) from reputable university.
    Preferably has 3 years programming experience
    Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

Specification :
    Knowledge how to implement package application and develop in-house application
    Technical knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC), relational database management system (DBMS) & programming concept
    Familiar with Oracle database and MS SQL
    Knowledge in Client-Server Application Programming and Web Application.
    Knowledge in Java & .Net languages preferred.
    Possess strong analytical skill and high achievement orientation
    A good team player and able to quickly adapt with a new and unique environment
    Have a good interpersonal skill
    Have a good attitude

Responsibilities:
    Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, assesses the data development and collection needs of the assigned manufacturing division head.
    Collects, analyzes, interprets and summarizes data in preparation for generation of statistical and analytical reports.
    Analyze existing portfolios for trends and performance.
    Maintain up-to-date data of industry trends and events.
    Study time, motion, methods, or speed involved in maintenance, production, or other operations to establish standard production rate or improve efficiency.
    Partner with internal and external department to ensure data requests are met in a timely manner and delivered with the highest degree of data quality.
    Works with personnel in other functions/services/departments on various projects or issues as directed.
    Extract existing data to calculate / format into presentable reports, charts and graphs.

Requirements:
    Bachelor degree in mathematical / statistically-based field, with minimum GPA 3.00
    Age max. 32 years old
    Have experience in performing high-level quantitative and statistical analysis involving large data sets
    Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
    Advanced proficiency in MS Excel 2007 (preferably using pivot table, data query, data validation method), PowerPoint, and SPSS/SAS (or similar analytic program).
    Ability to understand sophisticated mathematical / statistical models and concepts.
