Acquisition Support Superintendent
Responsibilities:
Obtain major investor and/or franchisees by promoting the franchise business model and its benefit
Select eligible investor as Franchisees through standard assessment base on Holcim Beton’s selection criteria.
Ensure the acquisition, realization, and start operation process in accordance with plan and budget.
Acquisition Support Superintendent will be a coordinator to get internal support & collaboration for franchise business
Requirements:
Education :
Bachelor’s or Diploma degree, major in industrial or businessis preferable
Experience :
Min. 5 years’ experience, preferably from sales & marketing, business development or franchise industry
Computer literacy :
MS Office& Internet
Language :
Good command in English oral and written
Able to speak in Chinese wil be advantage
Other qualification / skills :
Have good sense of business
Able to present and sell a business
Excellent in communication skill
Able to meet and deal with various type of businessman
Understanding financial indicator in business
Have good knowledge about franchise business model is preferable
Have good knowledge and understanding aboutready-mixed& or cement businessis preferable
Willing to work mobile
