We are searching for new oil and gas reserves from central Sumatra to offshore East Kalimantan. We have begun design work on our deepwater natural gas project off East Kalimantan through Chevron Indonesia Company Our geothermal operations in Indonesia help make Chevron the largest producer of geothermal energy in the world. Chevron sells lubricants in Indonesia through our subsidiary PT Chevron Oil Products Indonesia.

Hes Engineer (Ext-217/HES/EXP/CICO/HES/2012) (Balikpapan-Kalimantan Timur)

Requirements:
Summary of Job / Qualification :
    Minimum Degree S1 (S2/Master degree will be an advantage).
    Has minimum 5 years experience in Oil & Gas Company.
    Has skills in OE/HES Operation.
    Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).
    Have a good leadership and communication, both in Bahasa or English.
    Desiring to work in a multicultural and diverse organization.
    Strong in seeking learning activities.
    Able to establish effective relationships with people of other culture and backgrounds.

Summary of Job / Qualification :
    Educational Requirement: S1 Degree (S2/Master Degree will be an advantage).
    Process Safety in oil & gas industry, floating production unit for deepwater offshore facility.
    Technical Proficiency in one or several aspects of the following processes Incident Investigation, Behavior Based Safety, Contractor HES Management, Motor Vehicle Safety, Job Safety Analysis, Safe Work Practice, and Food hygiene or Occupational Hygiene.
    Good comprehension and understanding of relevant health, environmental, and safety regulations or standard.
    Strong in fostering collaboration, teamwork and coordinate implementation with operations.
    Strong English language (written and oral) and presentation skills are essential.
    Customer focus and take initiative to prevent and resolve issues.
    Relationship building to achieve team’s goal.
