Maximum the Ultimate Organizer :  We are fast growing Entertainment Event Organizer in Bandung for Corporate Event, Wedding, Sweet Seventeen, Rave Party, Gathering, Concert, Exhibition and Special Event needs committed individuals to fulfill below challenging position:

 Creative Event

Responsibilities:
    Creating innovative and "out of the box" events
    Shaping events activities through proposing creative strategies performances, site staging, light, music, sound, and visual art

Requirements:
    Male or Female, Age 19-30 years old
    Creative and out of the box thinker, excellent design sense, and detail oriented.
    Artistic & Realistic
    Honest, have positive attitude, self confidence, healthy & energetic
    Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
    Good problem solving
    Experienced min. 1 year in similar position
    The scope of work covers the areas of Event Organizer
    Good knowledge in Music, Performing art and coreography
    Able to work in tight schedule as a good team work


Show Director

Responsibilities:
    Conduct and controlling performers, talent and vendor
    Creating plot shows
    Creating choreography

Requirements:
    Male or Female, Age 20-30 years old
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any field
    Creative, Artistic & Realistic
    Honest, have positive attitude, self confidence, healthy & energetic
    Shaping activities through proposing creative strategies performances, site staging, light, music, sound, and visual art.  
    Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
    Good problem solving
    Experienced min. 1 year in similar position as choreographer
    The scope of work covers the areas of Event Organizer
    Good knowledge in Music, Performing art and coreography
    Able to work in tight schedule as a good team work


Talent Coordinator

Responsibilities:
    Managing & arrange schedule for talent artist
    Negociate and Bbd price with talent or client

Requirements:
    Male or Female, Age 20-30 years old
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any field
    Honest, have positive attitude, self confidence, healthy & energetic
    Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
    Excellent bargaining ability
    Possess good communication and negotiation skill
    Good problem solving
    Experienced min. 1 year in similar position
    The scope of work covers the areas of Event Organizer
    Able to work in tight schedule as a good team work


Client Service

Responsibilities:
    Maintain client
    Manage and provide service to client
    Manage events
    Time keeper for other division
    Respond to client inquiries and find solutions to client issues
    

Requirements:
    Male or Female, Age 20-30 years old
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any field
    Honest, have positive attitude, self confidence, healthy & energetic
    Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
    Excellent bargaining ability

Scriptwriter

Responsibilities:
    Conceptualise creative proposals
    Writing in company web blog
    Composing cue card
    Create script for video clip

Requirements:
    Male or Female, Age 19-30 years old
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Journalistic or Linguistic
    Artistic & Realistic
    Fluent in English (both verbal and written) is a must
    Honest, have positive attitude, self confidence, healthy & energetic
    Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
    Good problem solving
    Experienced min. 1 year in similar position
    The scope of work covers the areas of Event Organizer
    Able to write persuasively, creatively, and quickly because of the pressure of deadlines
    Able to work in tight schedule as a good team work


Finance Events

Responsibilities:
    Managing finance events
    Create budgeting for events
    Follow up for payment process with client, vendor and talent

Requirements:
    Female, 22-30 years old
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent with GPA min. 3.00
    At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Respond to client inquiries and find solutions to client issues such as dealing with billing
    Applicants must be willing to work in Bandung.
    Able to work in underpressure, speed & accurate, fast learner, self motivated, enthusiastic, eager to learn, honest & loyal
    Full-Time position(s) available.


Secretary for Events

Responsibilities:
    Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents related with Events
    Compose rundown
    Arrange and create cue card

Requirements:
    Female, age between 22 - 30 years old
    Candidate must possess at least a Diploma degree from reputable academy in Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent
    Minimum 1-2 years experience as Secretary
    Good in English (both verbal and written)
    Good computer literature and administrative skills
    Good interpersonal, energetic  and communicative skills
    Honest, discipline, loyal and well-mannered
    Positive attitude, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent.
    Helpful attitude and ability to work with others
