Manufacturing Data Analyst

Responsibilities:
    Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, assesses the data development and collection needs of the assigned manufacturing division head.
    Collects, analyzes, interprets and summarizes data in preparation for generation of statistical and analytical reports.
    Analyze existing portfolios for trends and performance.
    Maintain up-to-date data of industry trends and events.
    Study time, motion, methods, or speed involved in maintenance, production, or other operations to establish standard production rate or improve efficiency.
    Partner with internal and external department to ensure data requests are met in a timely manner and delivered with the highest degree of data quality.
    Works with personnel in other functions/services/departments on various projects or issues as directed.
    Extract existing data to calculate / format into presentable reports, charts and graphs.

Requirements:
    Bachelor degree in mathematical / statistically-based field, with minimum GPA 3.00
    Age max. 32 years old
    Have experience in performing high-level quantitative and statistical analysis involving large data sets
    Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
    Advanced proficiency in MS Excel 2007 (preferably using pivot table, data query, data validation method), PowerPoint, and SPSS/SAS (or similar analytic program).
    Ability to understand sophisticated mathematical / statistical models and concepts.
    Strong in data analysis and quick learner
    Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain focus.
    Willing to be placed in Purwakarta / Cikampek, West Java

Senior Data Analyst – IT

Responsibilities:
Identify source of Data for various subject area in banking business and developing Data mapping include business Transformation Logic. It includes importing, cleansing, transforming, validating or modeling data with purpose of understanding or making conclusion from the data for decision making purposes. This role also responsible for creating and reviewing the data model, creating the schema design, making specific recommendations for the physical database implementation, and data legibility, aggregation, refresh frequency, and quality.

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Management Information Systems or Information Technology from reputable university
Minimum 5 years experience in banking with a minimum of 3 years as an Business Analyst or System Analyst in Data Warehouse and MIS development
Experience in Data Warehouse or Core Banking system in Banking and Financial industries
Having knowledge and exposure to Data Management and Data Quality
Having knowledge and exposure to Data Design and Data Modeling
Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
Ability to manage tasks effectively and motivate team members without direct authority
Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
Understand Transformation logic to extract from various banking system
Excellent communications skills
Strong SQL scripting using Oracle and MS SQL Server
Outstanding Microsoft Office skill (especially Excel) and proficiency in written and spoken English
