Bank QNB Kesawan, Tbk :  was known as Bank Kesawan was established in 1913 is an Indonesia-based financial institution, engaged in general banking business. Since December 2010 the Qatar National Bank (QNB) Group has completed the acquisition of majority share of Indonesia-based Bank Kesawan. QNB is the strongest bank in Qatar and it is in expansion mode. QNB vision is to transform Kesawan to become top 10 banks by 2016. To support our expanding business we are looking for high qualified individuals for CHALLENGE & BIG OPPORTUNITIES as the following positions:

Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:
    Assist the branch manager in managing the sub-branch activities
    Lead and direct the daily activities for Frontliners and oversee Frontliners to ensure smooth running of the daily work and the application of the most recent processes and procedures
    Ensure adequate attitude and appearance of self and Frontliners
    Provide cross-sell leads to Frontliner team
    Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with customers
    Maintain frontliners area files, database, records, registers and logs under control
    Enhance the Bank’s image through pro-active customer-driven servicing of their needs to exceed customer expectations
    Monitor service quality indicators and take corrective measures to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
    Liaise with Service Quality to follow-up on escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of the same
    Ensure smooth operations, and timely and friendly service delivery

Requirements:
    Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
    Required skill(s): computer literate, leadership skill, english communication, Customer Service And Relationship Management.
    At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

Senior Data Analyst – IT

Responsibilities:
Identify source of Data for various subject area in banking business and developing Data mapping include business Transformation Logic. It includes importing, cleansing, transforming, validating or modeling data with purpose of understanding or making conclusion from the data for decision making purposes. This role also responsible for creating and reviewing the data model, creating the schema design, making specific recommendations for the physical database implementation, and data legibility, aggregation, refresh frequency, and quality.

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Management Information Systems or Information Technology from reputable university
Minimum 5 years experience in banking with a minimum of 3 years as an Business Analyst or System Analyst in Data Warehouse and MIS development
Experience in Data Warehouse or Core Banking system in Banking and Financial industries
Having knowledge and exposure to Data Management and Data Quality
Having knowledge and exposure to Data Design and Data Modeling
Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
Ability to manage tasks effectively and motivate team members without direct authority
Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
Understand Transformation logic to extract from various banking system
Excellent communications skills
Strong SQL scripting using Oracle and MS SQL Server
Outstanding Microsoft Office skill (especially Excel) and proficiency in written and spoken English
