Compensation & Benefit Staff

Responsibilities:
Supporting Compensation & Benefit section head in managing & processing the employee’s benefit system (healthcare, COP, & facilities)

Requirements:
    Female, age below 28 years old
    Candidate should be holding at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Accountancy from reputable university with GPA > 2.75
    Having experience in HR Administration would be an advantage
    Computer literate (Word, Excel, Visio, Pivot, Oracle)
    Interest to work with data analyzing
    Having good logic & analytical ability, fast learner, & able to thrive in fast paced
    Willing to be place at Lippo Karawaci
