PT Gunung Sewu Kencana : Gunung Sewu Group is one of the biggest investment and management groups of unconsolidated companies in Indonesia. Gunung Sewu Kencana has 3 core businesses agribusiness, property and life insurance as well as several other investment portfolios, ranging from mining, information technology and manufacturing.

PT. Nusantara Tropical Fruit (NTF) was originally established as a joint venture company between the Gunung Sewu Group and Del Monte Fresh Produce. In 1996, the Gunung Sewu Group acquired 100% ownership of the company. NTF now cultivates Cavendish bananas and other fresh fruit produce on its 3.800 hectare plantation in Lampung, South Sumatra.

NTF markets its produce both locally and overseas, mainly in the Middle East. Local sales and distribution are handled by its associate company, PT Sewu Segar Nusantara (SSN).

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:


Finance & Accounting Manager (FAM)

Responsibilities:
    Prepare and review of monthly Consolidated Financial Statement and Other Financial Reports.
    Prepare annual operating budget.
    Develop Financial Operating System & Procedures as well as the company’s SOP.
    Control and monitor the Account Receivables and Account Payables.
    Control and monitor activities of Treasury and Logistics Department.
    Perform Cash Flow Management as well as perform Financial Analysis & Models.
    Liaise with Auditor, Tax agents, Banks and Financial Institutions on accounting, tax, treasury and other financial matters.
    Monitor & update company’s business plan.

Requirements:
    Male, Max 35 years of age
    Post graduate qualification in Finance or Accounting, MBA degree is preferred.
    Minimum 5 years of similar experience and role in Finance & Accounting area
    Independent, meticulous, organized and ability to work under pressure and deadline
    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    Good command of English verbal and written.
    Will be travelling a lot to Lampung
