HR Staff (CODE: HRD)

requirements:
    Male & Female, age maximum. 30 years
    Education min. S1 majoring in Management / Law / Psychology / Education
    Fresh Graduate / Experienced

    Placement for out of town / out of the island, for the assignment / monitoring branches in the region: DKI Jakarta, Banten, West Java, East Java, South Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, Bali, NTT, Papua, Jambi, Pacific Islands, Lampung, Sumatra south.

Experience handling related tasks:
     The process of recruitment (selection, placement), Payroll (data overtime / attendance, payroll, incentive, allowance, bonus etc);
     Adm.Personalia (archive data, attendance, monthly reports, letters, etc.), employee welfare facilities (jamsostek, treatment , cooperatives, etc.), training and development;
    employee performance appraisals; Application of regulations / company policies, problem solving procedural violations / discipline / employment etc.

Accounting (Code: ACC)

Requirements:
    Male & Female, age maximum. 30 years
    Education S1 majoring in Accounting
    Having experience in the same field at least 2 years
    Fresh graduate are welcome

Building Operations Staff (Code: BOS)

Requirements:
    Man
    Education S1 Engineering (Electro / strong currents, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, civil engineering)
    Maximum age. 35 years
    Minimum 1 year experience in the field of Property
    Interested in the field of Property Management
    For placement of Jakarta, West Java, Sorong, Riau
    Housing facilities on the responsibility of the company, if the placement away from the domicile
