Job Descriptions :
    The TLDP provides a head start in the company and fantastic set of opportunities:
    Structured training & early development program
    Accelerate character building, shared learning with others and become Triputra Agro Persada leader succession pipeline
    Unique field experience for exposure to the palm oil plantation best practice

Qualifications :
    GPA minimum 3.1
    Bachelor / Master Degree from any major (major in Agriculture, Engineering, Economy, Social and Politics, & Law will be advantages)
    Maximum age 28 years old
    Fluent English (both oral and written)
    Advanced computer literate (Familiar with Microsoft Office)
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skils
    Excellent analytical, leadership and problem solving skills
    Have interest in Palm Oil and Agrobusiness Industry
    Willing to be placed in Triputra Agro Persada Group’s plantations & mills in Sumatera and Kalimantan
    Willing to travel across company site
    Pass all selection process

Responsibilities:

    Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
    Required skill(s): analytical thinking skill, communication skill.
    At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
