Logistic and Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:
    Manages and directs the following supply chain activities:  inventory control, logistics, delivery and warehousing.
    Form strategic partnership with suppliers, distributors, and customers to create communication channels for critical information and operational improvements.
    Manage the movement of fruitsand then to the end consumer.
    Manage daily production and distribution planning, including all nodes in the supply chain.
    Manage demand planning and forecasting, coordinating the demand forecast of all customers and sharing the forecast with all suppliers; sourcing planning, including current inventory and forecast demand, in collaboration with all suppliers.
    Manage Outbound and Inbound operations, such as transportation from suppliers and receiving inventory, including all fulfillment activities and transportation to customers.
    Order promising, accounting for all constraints in the supply chain, including all suppliers, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and other customers.
    Manage and lead the whole operations of Logistics functions including Sales Administration, Purchasing and Importation, Warehousing and Delivery
    Communicate and coordinate with internal divisions and external parties to ensure that all of the Logistics functions are managed and organized as expected by the company

Requirements:
    Min. Bachelor degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or Logistics from reputable university; Master Degree is a plus
    Min. 10 years of work experience in related area of expertise; preferably FMCG industry background
    Strong leadership, administrative, organizational, managerial and communication skills.
    Good analytical ability to gather and interpret information and develop, recommend and implement solutions.
    Have experience on wet/ chilled/ frozen food.
    Highly proficiency in English
