Workshop Reception

Responsibilities :
    Receiving Customer in workshop and follow up the needs of Customer related to service unit.
    Make Order sheet to workshop and follow up progress of service unit
    Handling Customer complain and make report to Branch manager regarding to Workshop Improvement

Requirements :
    Female, age 20-26 yeras
    Candidate must possess at least SMU
    Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
    Good communication skill, friendly person and able to handle customer complain.

Accounting Staff

Responsibilities :
    Responsible for invoice processing and journal entries
    Responsible for reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting account information.
    Responsible for preparing financial reports

Requirements:
    Female, max. 26 years old
    Min. Diploma in accounting from reputable university
    At least 1 years of working experience in related fields, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
    Familiar with VAT and withholding tax will be an advantage
    Good computer literate (MS Office) especially MS Excel

Parts Engineer

Responsibilities :
    Prepare leaflet/parts catalog for Hino Parts.
    Prepare initial stock and Parts Catalog for new vehicle models.
    Prepare Parts information (parts bulletin/parts news) to dealers.

Requirements:
    Male, age 23-28 years
    Min Diploma or Bachelor degree from reputable university
    Experience in related field min 1 years especially in automotive industry, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
    Good communication in English
    Will be located in Jatake, Tangerang

Mechanical Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities :
    Experienced working in project activities
    Having good knowledge in electrical (operation, maintenance, wiring & power panel, installation of cables)
    Having good knowledge in mechanical (troubleshooting, repair, maintenance)
    Good building maintenance (civil, PABX, compressor, genset)
    Monitor and offer solution related to mechanical and electrical issues in project activities

Requirements:
    Minimum Diploma from electrical/mechanical engineering
    1 year experience in related field
    Able to work under low supervision
    Willing to be placed in Medan-Deli Serdang

Dealer Development Supervisor

Responsibilities :
    Control dealer service activity to improve profitability & customer satisfaction
    Make improvement of dealer workshop
    Implementation of PT. HMSI - Service Policy & action plan to dealer
    Support fleet customer
    Update Dealer & fleet customer profile
    Make target and action plan for dealer service activity
    Make dealer evaluation

Requirements:
    Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field (mechanical/automotive engineering is preferable)
    At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

Technical Warranty Staff

Responsibilities :
    Investigate technical problem together with dealer
    Make technical report, submit to Hino Quality Assurance System
    Grasp, list up and analyze all after market problem from each area
    Prepare data for after market quality monthly meeting
    Conduct periodic customer visit together with dealer to identify after market problem
    Act as a technical consultant for dealer

Requirements:
    Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field (preferably mechanical/autmotove engineering)
    Required language(s): English
    At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

Warehouse Staff - Receiving & Picking

Responsibilities
    Responsible in receiving and legality of spare parts received.
    Coordinate with warehouse in head quarter regarding to availability of spare part stock
    Input all stocks of transasctions in system and make report

Requirements :
    Male, age 20-25 years
    At least SMK/SMU degree
    Experience minimum 1 years as warehouse staff and understand warehouse management, especially receiving and delivery stock
    Will be located in Balikpapan

Sales Spare Part

Responsibilities
    Responsible to analyze  the needs of Truck spare parts in each category
    Responsible to achieve target sales of spare part to dealer and part shop and make report regarding to history, result, and sales forecast.
    Responsible to back up administration

Requirements :
    Male, age 20-30 years
    Minimum Diploma degree in any field (automotive/mechanical enginering as an advantage)
    Experience min 1 year in automotive industry
    Good coomunication and computer knowledge
    Good teamwork, friendly person, and well reporting
    Will be located in Kaltim area

Service Engineer

Responsibilities :
    Responsible to control and follow up the service job and make sure well received by the customer.
    Responsible to create after sales support and make improvement if any.
    Responsible to conduct periodic visit to customer to get voice of the customer

Requirements :
    Male, age maksimum 30 years
    Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from mechanical/automotive engineering
    Experience min 2 years in related field, especially in automitive industry (heavy duty truck company is an advantage)
    Good relationship with customer and willing to traveling for business trip

Market Analyst Staff

Responsibilities :
    Responsible to provide reports regarding the market situation
    Responsible to create a market analysis and develop of marketing concept
    Responsible to conduct market survey, market intelligent and benchmark to competitor

Requirements :
    Male/Female age maksimum 30 years
    Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree from any field (preferably mechanical/autmotive engineering)
    Experience min 2 years in related field, especially in Heavy duty truck/Heavy equipment
    Good knowledge in Marketing concept, mining industry, and market intelegent
