Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia : As one of biggest players in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry with an enormous size of organization, Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia – National Office inviting young and energetic professional who wants to develop experiences in Human Resources domain.

As a TEMPORARY RECRUITMENT OFFICER (For 6 months period), you will be responsible for conducting effective and efficient recruitment process that starts from identifying the best fit candidates deemed suitable with job requirements through advertising, screening and interview.

Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:
    Reviewing and screening talents, both internal and external applicants
    Ensuring effective and efficient interview practices through preliminary interview processes
    Arranging all schedules as required for selection activities, from HR Interviews to Offering Session
    Preparing and distributing ‘Thank You’ letter to those unsuccessful candidates
    Collecting all the required personal documents from the Candidate’s part
    Supporting the managers in preparing and processing salary recommendations
    Processing incoming CVs for the benefits of organization, particularly in keep enriching the talent data bank
    Acting as the ‘front entrance’ of the new comers, to welcome and introduce the incumbent to the User and the Organization as an overall

Requirements:
    Ideally the incumbent would be required to have the following qualifications :
    Bachelor degree in Psychology or related major from reputable university
    Having minimum 2 years working experience in recruitment area, preference will be given to individual with "search"/ headhunting" experience
    Excellent English communication skills is a must
    Proven high computer skills
