Floor Coordinator for Ambarrukmo Yogya

Responsibilities:
    Support Floor Supervisor in monitoring floor performance (Sales, Shrinkage, Promotion, Inventory Counter)
    Support Floor Supervisor in make working plan for all store activities & programs.
    Conduct counter meeting once a week, evaluate counter sales.
    Consistently does coordinator Check List.

Requirements:
    Male 0r Female, preferred age max. 28 years old
    Diploma Degree majoring in any discipline.
    At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Willing to work on shift and to be located throughout Indonesia.

HR Generalist Executive

Responsibilities:
    Organizing and managing store sales force development including store staff recruitment, in house training and store staff development
    Execute and conduct employee learning and development include in house training and staff development

Requirements:
    Male/Female, max 30 years old
    Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Psychology
    Have at least 2-3 years of working experiences in doing the above key functions (retail background will be a huge advantage)
    Strong analytical thinking with good interpersonal skill and excellent communication in English both oral and written
    Willing to working on shift
