Sales & Marketing Executive for Branch Office
Responsibilities:
Ensure the achievement of Sales & Revenue targets that has been laid in the form of Sales & Revenue Budget Branch Office
Ensure the achievement of targets Seat Load Factor per Flight
Ensuring sales coaching service agent and sub agent
Ensuring availability of reports on the results of feasibility studies and evaluation of the proposed appointment of sales agents and sub agents
Ensure program / marketing & promotion activities implementation to increase sales
Ensure the establishment of good partnership relations with corporate clients, agents, and business partners
Requirements:
Male/Female
Indonesian Citizen
Age maximum 27 years old
Holding minimum a Bachelor Degre (S1) in Accounting, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Management, Communication with min GPA 3.00
Preferably having min. 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing
Computer literate (MS Office & Internet)
Fluent in Spoken and Written English
Attractive appearance
Possess effective communication skills
Able to work individually or within a team
Target oriented, having strong analytical thinking
Willing to be placed at any Garuda Indonesia Branch Office throughout Indonesia
Selection Process will be conduct on 6 major cities : Medan, Jakarta, Surabaya, Balikpapan, Denpasar, and Makassar.
