Garuda Indonesia Management Traineeship is an acceleration program to create leading professionals in airline operation center. Candidates will get extensive exposures to different area of airline business through mentoring, trainings, and practical on-the-job experience to develop management and leadership skills as future station manager at one of Garuda Indonesia branch offices.
Management Trainee for Flight Operation Center
Assignment:
Classroom and on-the-job training of Flight Operation Center where the trainee will get Flight Operation skills and license, and it is one of the professions in airline industries which is acknowledged worldwide
Classroom training airline business, global economic trend, brand revitalization, sales-marketing, business law, entrepreneurship and finance
Job rotation to various units at Garuda Indonesia covering ground operation, safety, services, business strategy, commercial area
Assignments at branch offices, where the trainee will be responsible not only to dispatch/release our flights and be in charge of all flight operation and service excellency in station/airport, but they might also be managing certain VVIP flights; explore, plan & develop station’s potential, enhance route profitability, with direct impact to the branch office’s revenue
Requirements:
Indonesian citizen, age below 25 years old (for bachelor degree/S1) and 27 years old (for Master Degree/S2)
Holding min. Bachelor Degree/S1 from reputable University with GPA min. 3.00 for (for bachelor degree/S1) and 3.25 for (master degree/S2) within 4.00 scales
Any major in university are welcomed to apply, but particularly attended Science Class (IPA) in high school
Having body height min. 165cm for male and min. 160cm for female with proportional body weight
Having TOEIC score min. 600
Good command of English and Indonesian (spoken and written)
Good organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong sense of creative, innovative, and able to think out of the box
Candidates should be cooperative, discipline, and able to work as a team
Willing to be posted in Garuda Indonesia’s branch offices, domestic and international

Assignment:

Requirements:

Majoring in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, and Economic
Having HTOEIC score min. 600
Good command of English and Indonesian (written and spoken)
Having good organization, interpersonal, and communication skills

Job rotation to various units at Garuda Indonesia covering commercial area, services, finance and controlling, business strategy, ground operation, safety
Requirements:
Indonesian citizen, age max 27 years old (for bachelor degree/S1) and 30 years old (for Master Degree/S2)
