Operation Officer Development Program (Code: OODP)
Requirements:

    Male/Female
    Fresh graduate, holding minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
    Having at least 1-2 years working experience in banking or financial institution would be an advantage
    Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
    Having strong interest and passionate in building career as future leader in banking industry
    Demonstrate leadership potential and team work spirit

Rabo Operations Technology Academy (Code: ROTA)

Requirements:
    Male/female
    Fresh graduate, Possess minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Information Technology discipline from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
    Having 1-2 years working experience in banking or financial institution would be an advantage
    Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must (minimum TOEFL : 500)
    Having leadership experience in school / university
    Having excellent communication and presentation ability
    Having strong interest and passionate in building career as future leader in banking industry
    Demonstrate leadership potential and team work spirit
    Strong in analytical thinking
