Supervisor Development Program - SDP For Starmart

Responsibilities:
SDP (Supervisor Development Program) for is an intensive Training program designed to provide knowledge, skill and attitude required to be future Leaders and to be placed at one of branches all over Indonesia.

Requirements:
Young and energetic and graduated from D3 or S1 preferable with a minimum GPA of 2,75
Willing to be trained in an intensive training
Willing to be placed at one of branches all over Indonesia
Able to lead a team and corporate in a team
English proficiency both oral and written is a beneficial
Willing to work in shift / public holiday
Good computer literacy
