Branch Manager (BRM)

Requirements:
A3IK certification
Post in major cities all over Indonesia
Able to work under pressure and target oriented

Marketing Team (MKT)

Requirements:
Good presentation skill and customer service oriented
Willing to travel or to post in major cities all over Indonesia
Able to work under pressure and target oriented

Technical Team (TEC)

Requirements:
A2IK or A3IK certification
Familiar with general insurance regulation and practices
Fresh graduate from STMA Trisakti or STIMRA are welcome to apply

Finance & Accounting (FIN)

Requirements:
Major in Accounting
Able to prepare financial statements and cashflow reports

Information Technology & Support (ITS)

Requirements:
Major in Information Technology or Business Computing
Familiar with SQL, Javascript, ASP and Visual Basic
Experience in handling CARE Tech application is an advantage

Human Resource Management (HRM)

Requirements:
Major in Psychology
Certified trainer in leadership is an advantage

Internal Audit & Compliance (IAC)

Requirements:
Major in Accounting
Familiar with general insurance regulation and practices
Willing to travel to all branches in Indonesia

Executive Secretary (SEC)

Requirements:
Preferably graduate from Tarakanita Secretarial Academy
Excellent secretarial function

General Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years working experiences in general insurance business
Good communication skills, pleasant personality, customer focus and trustworthy
Computer literate and able to speak English
