Head of Technology
Responsibilities:
Head of Technology oversees and administers company platforms, technology and strategies. Identifies information system enhancements that will improve business and support future business needs.
The role will operationally manage the technology team which will comprise approximately 9 staff across management, development, and operational functions.
Head of Technology will be responsible for managing the technology roadmap for both product and infrastructure – working with the business owner. And also manage internal and third party vendor relationships that support development and operations, deciding when and where to buy versus build and when and where to employ new technologies within our business. This may be done directly or alongside other technical leaders for both Portal Business and Startup business.
Assists in unit testing to verify the system functions satisfy for Portal/Web business requirements
Participates in the review of technical designs
Prepares project plans that outline expected tasks and activities
Evaluates software vendors and solutions
Develops network operations budget and ensures operations meet approved budget levels
Requirements:
Common Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills
Possesses solid project management skills in web and portal business
Advanced decision making and problem solving skills
Business Oriented, and eager to develop the most promising portal in Indonesia
Common Requirements:
Average 5-8 years prior IT experience required, or Min. 3 years in Portal Business are preferable
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
