General Qualifications:
Indonesian Citizen
Bachelor Degree (S1) in above fields
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Preferably having organizational experience and working experience
Physically and mentally healthy with proportional height and weight
Not once dismissed as an employee because of a violation by the previous employer.
Willing to be placed at company’s working area

Special Requirements for external applicants:
Certified Degree (S1) of the State Universities / Private Universities or from a reputable Foreign universities that have received approval from the competent authority to issue accreditation.
Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.00 (scale 4).
Maximum age of 28 (twenty eight) years old on December 31, 2011.

Special Requirements for internal applicants:
Permanent employees are registered in the Company
Certified Degree (S1) of the State Universities / Private Universities or from a reputable Foreign universities that have received approval from the competent authority to issue accreditation.
Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 2.75 (scale 4).
Terms of age is not more than 35 years on December 31, 2011.
