Sales Corporate Department Manager
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
Main Activities :
Planning, implementing, organizing and evaluating national corporate sales activities through internal coordination with the branches/ regions.
Creating daily and monthly report of sales achievements.
Managing and motivating Sales staffs to improve and retain the best result.
Maintaining good coordination among departments
Performing all initiatives, and giving feedbacks to management, things are needed to improve working efficiency, productivity and effectively.
communicating any external requirements/customer’s needs to internal teams and make sure it fulfilled.
Performing other duties assigned by direct superior.
Creating a national corporate sales strategy in order to achieve company target .
Composing annual Working Programme and run the department based on it.
Leading and fostering Jakarta sales team to increase the national annual sales generally and to achieve specific targets.
Taking full responsibility for all achievements as well as failures in achieving sales targets.
Details Of The Task :
Overseeing and be involved in the implementation of daily sales.
Supervising and maintaining good customer relationship.
Creating Reports and analysis of national sales on a monthly basis.
Allocating sales targets from management to the respective work units
Requirements:
General Requirement :
Maximum age 40 years and educated up to at least S1.
Have a Life Leadership
Physical and Spiritual Health.
Have an attractive appearance.
Have good communication skill, can express ideas verbally and visually in English and Bahasa.
Able to use Microsoft Office (word, excel and power point) and Internet properly.
Able to communicate ideas orally and in writing.
Have good teamwork spirit.
Have a passion to improve the achievement of higher performance
Specific Requirement :
Mastering the key business processes in the company's express, courier or logistics.
Experienced in the same field at least 2 years.
Ability to lead and deliver a message / communicate with employees in large quantities (over 100 people)
Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
Able to make analysis of prices and corporate profits.
Have the ability of the negotiations.
Customer and target achievement oriented.
Willing to travel and stationed out of Jakarta.
Able to speak Mandarin (plus points).
