Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
The position is needed to as to mage the systematic process of deciding what, when and how much to purchasing it, and the process of ensuring that what. Is required is received on time in the quality specified.

Requirements:
Education:
University graduate, majoring in Economic, Mechanical or Electrical science
Experience:
Minimum 1 years in current position
The incumbent must have at least 2 years experience as head of buying section at the procurement Department in the company or 5 years holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company which has the same size as PT Holcim
Computer literacy:
Computer Literacy ; MS. Office, SAP, Lotus Notes
Language:
Excellent communication in both Bahasa & English
Other qualification / skills:
Negotiation skill
Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and motivate a
team of people to contribute and meet KPIs
Respect for the confidential nature of the information the
incumbent will have access to
Technical skill in cement industry
