FRESH GRADUATE INTAKE / Retail Executive Training Program (code: FGIN)
Jakarta Raya – All Cities in Indonesia

Responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible for mastering the training process that provided by LOTTE Mart. He / she will be trained in a retail / wholesale setting to understand LOTTE Mart businesses in serving LOTTE Mart’s valuable customer and stakeholeders.

Requirements:
Must have a bachelor degree from prominent University with cummulative GPA at least 3.00
Maximum age is 25 years old with maximum 2 years work experience
Focus on result, detail at work, and flexible to adapt with new things and environment
Comprehends with Ms. Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Power Point
Have a good command of English in written and oral
Team oriented with strong leadership approach
Willing to be assigned all over Indonesia
Willing to work on shift and weekends
