Auto Electrician Supervisor
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:
Supervise site auto electrical activities to ensure repairs/maintennace activities activities are conducted in a save and timely manner conform with quality of work is of a standard that optimises availability.

Supervise adn control compliance to weekly and monthly planning, including scheduled work orders relating to all maintennace tasks set out daily /to help achieve long term maintenance plans and high equipment availability.
Supervise and monitor /communicate all maintenance work instructions to direct subordinates, in aclear and defined manners
Review, prepare and submit relevant reporting task required in timely manner.example; review and ensure backlog parts are orderes, vendor time sheets and jobs cards are accurate.
Supervise , communicate and monitor safety awareness at all times and adhere to Petrosea guidelines and regulations. Lead by example in this area and show high standartsif commitment to safety and surrounding environment.
Review and analyse failures to plant by monitoring of trends and report pending equipment failure for correct planning into backlog, advising immediatly if equipment is unsafe to operate or high potential of major failure occuring
Supervise and ensure work order information is proceed in accordance with EAM priont outs and tasks listed
Assisst superintendent with issuing disciplinary actio and verbal counseling with all direct subordinates
Assist maintenance superintendent with the development of a work schedule including oarts materials and manpower to be incorporated in the sort term execution plan
Supervise area of responsibilityy with ongoing staf decelopment, providing ongoing coaching , mentoring and performance monitoring for all direct reports (ensure good work environment and morale)
Examine and investigate all time variances from targets projected on work orders, avoiding losses, in both cost and time consumed
Monitor PM services schedule implementation to ensure all PM scheduled work is completed in accordance with work instructions and schedules
Proactively identify defects found and register them via work request in order to have appropriate and prompt action
Diagnose failure symtoms and determine electrical maintenance requirements necessary to effectively and efficiently recifty them
Monitor and control electrical eactivities regarding special tooling requirementa, apare parts and consumable goods
Supervise/monitoring regular electrical inspections of systems, examples, fatigue alarms, fire suppression system, brake and retarder warning systems, etc.
Supervise the maintennace & inspection of auto electrical tools and equipment

Requirements:
Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements
Understanding of mining requirements and production targets
Understanding of equipment availability and planning repairs.
Min. Diploma degree with 10 years experiences in heavy equipment electrical maintenance
Good analytical and supervisory skills
Good communication in English
Possess broad knowledge in heavy equipment electrician diagnostics and repair
Previous experiences in filed of work , with a min 3 years in supervisory role
Qualifications and supporting certificates in field of trade /required duties

Senior Legal Counsel
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:
Review, analyse, monitor and recommend all legal aspects of contracts / projects with respect to legal compliancy and capital market compliancy and involve in negotiation process with third party in order to anticipate and manage company’s legal exposure.

Develop and maintain legal and contract principle in order to reduce risk and preserve company’s interest
Review and analyse contract draft and involve in negotiate contracts and amendments, including various waivers for in-house matters to ensure company’s precedence.
Act as company’s representative in legal disputes in order to maintain legal dispute.
Provide practical legal advice and counsel, including developing strategy for complex cases, develop in order to support company’s project in legal opinion.
Conduct negotiations with external parties in collaboration with Commercial managers of the company to provide legal advise.
Lead and support legal team in order to improve the quality of legal and commercial decision making as well as enhance level of confidence among legal team members.
Review, analyse and recommend legal aspects of contracts / projects in order to fulfill legal requirements that conform with company’s objectives.
Analyse and review corporate governance laws and securities regulations in order to protect company’s exposures.

Requirements:
Demonstrate leadership qualities
Understand company’s business plan and goals, cost pressures, capitalisation issues and competitive realities
Min bachelor degree in Corporate Law and Capital Market Law
Communication skills
Management experience
Have min 7 years combination of law firm training and in-house experience
Ability to exercise independent thinking while communicating a collaborative attitude
Ability to give common sense answers without delay
Board presence
Ability to manage outside Counsel
