Boutique Manager – Fashion Luxury Brand for Bandung

Responsibilities:
    Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints
    Direct supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory taking, reconciling cash receipts or in performing services for customers
    Monitoring sales activities to ensures that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
    Managing and controlling inventories stock on and reorders when inventory drops to a specific level
    Involved in hires, trains and evaluate personnel in sales or marketing establishing, promoting or firing workers when appropriate
    Sales examines merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised
    Leadership & ability maintaining the team
    Administration skills

Requirements:
    Female  / Male mid of 30 years old
    Minimum 3 - 4 years working experience in retail  or hospitality industry
    Possess positive attitude with a customer service mindset
    Well groomed
    High Driven Sales Oriented
    Must be proficient in spoken in English is a must
    Strong communication with excellent interpersonal skills
    Willing to work in a long working hours

Requirements:
    Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Economy Accountancy and Finance
    Minimum 2-3 years working experiences as an Auditor in Public Accountants/consulting firm.
    Hold professional/expertise certification from professional institution (such as Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditor, Certified Information System Auditor, Certified Public Accountant)
    Able to work under pressure condition, diligent, independent & can keep confidential,
    Excellence communication skill in English, written and verbal, can speak Mandarin is advantage.
    Computer literate, hands on in Excel, Word.

Tax Supervisor

Responsibilities:
    Analyzing financial reports and statements
    Having strong experience about tax auditing
    Preparing monthly and annual tax returns (SPT Masa /Tahunan)
    Having ability to conduct tax planning
    Prepare all taxes reconciliation on timely basis and update on all new tax reporting requirement
    Having knowledge in taxation such as PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 25.

Requirements:
        Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting from a reputable university
        Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the same field, as Senior Consultant preferably in Tax Consultant Firm
        Brevet A & B is a must  
        Values integrity and possess strong orientation to detail
        Proven exceptional analytical skills and sound integrity
        Strong leadership skill and able to work independently or as a team
        Mature person, age between 25 to 33 years old
        Having deep understanding in Indonesian Tax Regulation, Import Regulation and PSAK (Prinsip Standar Akuntansi Keuangan)
