IT Administrator
Medan (Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the activities of others (internal staff, client staff, subcontractors, associates and staff from collaborating and/or competing suppliers) and manage stakeholder expectations and requirements.
Assist in maintenance company infrastructure
Desktop/Workstations/Network administrations and End User supports
Evaluate, test, and deploy software updates and hardware upgrades to the desktop upon users request
Manage and troubleshoot networks, printers, intranet and internet connectivity throughout the organization
Responsible for maintenance of IT Equipment of any form
Assist in documenting company infrastructure
Maintain and manage company IT hardware assets.
Make sure no downtime for all the servers
Standby Support for Server failure
Requirements:
Pro-active, interested in and able to find solutions, able to work within a team. Hands-on attitude towards work, flexible.
Assist in establishing and implementing configuration management program and policies.
Assist in managing the corporate systems in a racked Windows/Intel environment, including the following: Windows 7, Windows 2003, Windows 2008, Windows XP, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Terminal Services, DNS services, spam filters, intrusion detection systems, Firewall
Data backup management, scheduling and reporting for both internal corporate systems and data Centre (NOC) systems.
At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in Windows Client & Server setup / administration and end user support
Ability to commit 5 ½ work days per week
Require to travel between various business units during course of work
Strong Communication Skill
Execute tasks beyond define requirements

Sitting for extended periods of time
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools and to handle other computer components
Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals

Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain relationships with hospital administrators as well as other medical related personnel.
Key account management – develop and continual fostering of rapport with O&Gs to secure client referrals and support.
Sales enquiries, pre to post sales activities and delivering sales target.
Project management of maternity and /or hospital related events.
Assist in collection of umbilical cord blood if and when required.
Client management and ethical education of the UCB services.
Strategize and spearhead marketing and Advertising/Promotions programs to elevate CordLife brand to key opinion leaders (O&Gs, oncologist, pediatricians, oncologists and hematologists)
Timely submission of reports, client contracts and supporting forms.
Market intelligence:
collation of market data, data analysis of existing clients (both direct customers and business partners like O&Gs and nurses)
Monitor competitors’ activities.
Track customer satisfaction effectiveness
Monitor consumer buying patterns and behaviour
Any other duties that may be assigned by the country manager from time to time.
Requirements:
Degree with Min. 3 years of working experience in sales & marketing.
Direct selling experience (both direct interface and via telephone/email) preferred.
Familiarity with the obstetrics & gynecology (O&Gs) community preferred.
Able and willing to execute sales & marketing programs.
Highly independent and organized.
Good problem-solving skills and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coach team to execute.
Customer oriented, client relation management knowledge.
Must be proficient in MS Office.
Proficient in English, both speaking (min. passive) and writing.
Able to communicate in chinese to chinese-speaking clientele.
