Requirements:
    Male / Female
    Maks. 30 years
    Min. S1 any discipline from a reputable university, GPA min. 3:00
    Preferably S1 Management, Informatics Engineering / Industrial / Statistics
    Fresh graduate allowed
    Understand the quality management system and its application
    Understanding Statistical Process Control
    Having a good analysis
    Skilled in coaching team
    Skilled in presentation

General qualifications
    Not Color Blind
    Sound body - spiritual
    Dynamic and creative
    Having strong leadership
    Having power analysis for strategy development
    Have a desire to learn and grow
    Nimble and able to work in a team / individual
