HR Administration Supervisor

Responsibilities:
*Responsible for office administration & management : office lease, HR matters, property facilities & records.
*Assigning work to other clerical employees and ensuring conformance to office policies

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Organization Development Manager
Jakarta Raya - HR. Rasuna Said

Responsibilities:
* Provide dynamic ideas on organization development matters and involve in the significant contribution to the development of company policy related to the organization, management and process.
* Work together with a team of professional staff across the units within the organization to focus on development of Job Evaluation and Grading System in updating and administering current and future grading system in line with the organization’s dynamic growth
* Performs analysis and intervention on the organization’s culture change and transformation (eg. DLC to DLC)
* Improving Aqua HRIS architecture (including HR Reporting System) and optimize its utilization through an integrated approach
* Facilitate HR Division planning, monitoring and evaluation.

Requirements:
*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics or equivalent with GPA min 3,00
*At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
*Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Organizational Development/Change Management or equivalent.
*1 Full-Time positions available.
* Knowledge of a full range of Human Resources skill
* Relevant experience in Job Evaluation and Job Grading within a medium to large organization
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
* Effective communication skills, Project management skills, Analysis and long-term planning skills, People management and leadership skills, Strong integrity
* Have good knowledge of Organizational Development and basic consulting ability
