Procurement Superitendent
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya),

Responsibilities:
Develop contract, suplier or vendor new material procurement and ensure that user’s materials requirements
Prepare purchase orders, bid proposals, and ensure in time delivery of goods and services
Negotiate, renegotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives
Handle the sourcing, procurement, and purchasing activities
Responsible with the activities related to bid tender process to include bid evaluation, suppliers to ensure compliance with SOP, law and regulation
Conduct assessment on suppliers’ and contractors’ performance and recommend those that can be considered qualified contractors/suppliers

Requirements:
Male / Female 30 to 40 years old
Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable university min GPA 3.00
At least 7 years of working experience preferably in Coal Mining
He / She must deep understanding in procurement and contracting Management
Preferably Supervisors specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material or equivalent
Having Good negotiation skill and knowledge in inventory control, supply chain and Asset management
Language : English (Active) and Indonesia

HSE Superitendent
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Develop and review of strategy and standard operating procedures
Design and review risk profile, hazard identification and risk assessment
Develop and maintain safety, industrial health and environmental procedures
Conduct safety talk, committee meeting, inspection at work area of responsibilities and accident investigation
To Arrange safety monthly report, incident statistic, and incident analysis
Supervise and conduct safety inspection for all safety equipment on site area
Develop job safety analysis (JSA), risk profile, critical task analysis and environmental management system
Provide support to HSE Manager regarding to implementation HSE strategy, standard operating procedures on site area

Requirements:
Male or female, Max 40 years old
Bachelor / master degree any field with GPA min 3.00 from reputable university or overseas
Min. 3 years as Supervisor HSE preferably at Mining Industry
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Hard worker, honest, and able to work independently as well as in team
Perform high leadership skill with professional attitude
Self-motivated, highly initiative, well organized, and able to work under minimum supervision
