Performance Reporting & Forecasting Manager (PRFM)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
The Performance Reporting & Forecasting Manager (Performance Manager) is an essential member of the Indonesia Finance Lubricants Team, responsible for the performance management, reporting and control of the Lubricants operating units in Indonesia whilst working closely with the GSC (Global Supply Chain) Analyst on GSC related matters, as part of an integral part of the Lubricants business.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance; or professional qualification.
Minimum 5 years of post degree experience in finance/accounting with 3-4 years in performance management, controls or preparation of management information
Strong knowledge in performance management process & controls,
Independent with minimal supervision
Strong sense of business acumen
Analytical, logical and coherent / proactive approach
Excellent communication skills
Skilled in IT tools – excel / JDE system
