Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
To maintain and grow Ready Mix Concrete, cement and aggregate sales at a profitable rate for according to selling budget.
To provide support to regional sales activities relating to marketing in area.

Requirements:
Other Qualification
    University degree from any discipline, preferably civil engineering, engineering (other), architecture and management
    Previous experience on sales field, preferably minimum 2 years experience in similar industry
    Knowledge of cement product, concrete technology and materials will be an advantage
    Good command in English both spoken & written
    Familiar with Cilacap  territory and its surroundings
    Proficiency on Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and SAP will be an advantage
    Own driving license A / C
        Excellent people skills (able to deal) with wide variety of people and able to deal with unhappy customers
        Selling and negotiation skill
        Flexible and friendly in nature
        Result oriented, yet team player
        Problem solving skill
        Customer service excellence
        Report writing skill

Requirements:

    Holding at least a Bachelor Degree in any field
    Having at least 2 years experience at the same field
    Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
    Having excellent writing and public speaking skills
    Able to work under pressure on tight deadline

    Easy to adapt, able to work independently or within a team

Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:
    Ensuring the correct implementation of advertising & promotion activities and the achievement of targeted market share & sales volume objectives by planning, directing, coordinating and controlling all sales and promotion activities.
    Business development and creating demand through the activations of the outlets.
    Engage and influence the customers through regular outlet visit.

    Implement standard activities in the outlet in accordance with the provisions of the company.
    Ensure the correct implementation of advertising and promotion activities in his area in line with the management strategy.
    Liaise with Distributor’s team to achieve sales target within assigned territory.
    Periodically monitor Distributor performance and following up with corrective action.

Requirements:
    S1 graduate from any discipline.
    Having experienced as a sales supervisor or promotion representative for min. 2 years, from Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
    Excellent in communication, interpersonal relationship, as well as team working.
    Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
    Excellent in negotiation skill and integrity.
    Pro-active and achievement-oriented person
    Good command of English, spoken and written
    Familiar with Ms. Office program
    Hold driving license “A”
