HR & GA Supervisor

Responsibilities:
    Car Setup Operations (monitoring fuel, toll, parking, Maintanance, scheduling, Insurance, claim)
    Monitoring the cost of clean water, mineral water, electricity, telephone, etc.
    Licensing: residence permits, company regulations, expatriate, required to report.
    Calculation of overtime, transportation allowance
    Administration Attendance, leave and permission for entry.

Requirements:
    Man
    Education Min S1 (Law)
    Min 3 yrs experience in the same field.
    Carefully and firmly.
    Understanding on labor regulations.
    Have experience organize tasks driver, security, and office boy, and are used to dealing with drivers, security, and office boy.
    Work hard and be able to work under pressure
    Handling and control effectively the task of General Affair
    Strong communication and negotiation, like challenges, able to meet the necessary requirements in a timely, detailed, proactive, analytical, and able to handle multi-tasking assignments related GA. 
    Has Honesty and Integrity are high in task and job.

Online - Communication Staff

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible and perform in a range of website administration activities in order to have reliable functions of the company websites and other online-communications with the company. The job responsibilities comprise as follow:

    Monitor the daily operations of websites and other online media of the company to ensure the performance are reliable and secure.
    Co-ordinate maintenance and upgrade activities with technical specialists and suppliers (for example, website designers, and Internet Service Providers) to ensure the company receives satisfactory standards of service.
    Update websites and other online media utilize by the company in order to provide accurate and relevant information to the users.
    Prepare and propose copy writes to Head of Communication in order to update information on the online media
    Assist users to access and navigate websites and/or online media to quickly identify and resolve user problems.

Requirements:
The qualifications that we are looking for to fill in the position:

    Bachelor (S1) Degree in Information Technology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or related discipline.
    Excellent skills in web-based programming languages (PHP, ASP, HTML, CSS) and SQL Server 2005 Database.
    Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver, Web and Graphic Design.
    Internet and Website literate, active in online social media would be an advantage.
    Understand website design structure and business flow
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    Fast learner, team player and self-learning skill
    Able to work under pressure, tight and long hour schedule
